Subpehno – Refund and Return Policy

1. Our Quality Guarantee

At Subpehno, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality fabrics and craftsmanship. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before being dispatched. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return and exchange process.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original Subpehno tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The original sales invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Items must not have any stains, perfume scents, or signs of damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Stitched/Customized Outfits: Any garment stitched to your specific measurements.

  • Sale Items: Products purchased during “Flash Sales,” “Clearance,” or “End of Season” discounts.

  • Fabric Only: Cut-piece fabrics or unstitched items that have already been tailored by the customer.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via WhatsApp at [Your Number] or email us at info@subpehno.com.

  2. Provide Details: Share your Order ID, a brief reason for the return, and clear photos of the product (especially if it’s damaged).

  3. Approval: Once our team reviews and approves your request, you will be asked to ship the item back to our warehouse in Lahore.

  4. Inspection: Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the item. If it meets our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

  • Processing Time: It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the return.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, Subpehno will bear all shipping costs for the replacement and ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in the “Dispatched” status, it can no longer be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
