Subpehno – Detailed Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

At Subpehno, we aim to get your favorite outfits to you as quickly as possible.

  • All Unstitched orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Ready-to-Wear (Stitched) orders or custom stitching requests may take an additional 7 to 10 working days for processing before they are shipped.

  • During sale events or festive seasons, processing times may slightly increase due to high order volumes.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

We provide secure and reliable nationwide shipping across Pakistan using top-tier courier services (TCS, Leopards, or M&P).

  • Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: * FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

    • For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 will be charged.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for all major cities in Pakistan.

3. International Shipping

We are proud to serve our international customers in the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and beyond.

  • Delivery Timeline: International orders typically reach their destination within 10 to 15 working days via DHL or FedEx.

  • Shipping Charges: International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

  • Customs & Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Subpehno is not liable for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs department.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp. This will include:

  • The name of the courier company.

  • Your unique Tracking Number.

  • A link to the courier’s website where you can monitor your package in real-time.

5. Delivery Address & Re-routing

  • Please provide an accurate and complete address, including house number, street, and a valid phone number.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will usually make two attempts to deliver your package. If no one is available to receive the parcel after the second attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, or the customer will have to pay for re-shipping.

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, Subpehno is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or unexpected courier issues. If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@subpehno.com and we will investigate with the courier service.
